HOW DO I ORDER?:
When ordering your GlyMed products,
please note that orders are
processed and shipped directly
from GlyMed Plus Canada.

To make an order, you must go through a Professional authorized retailer such as Timeless Beauty Studios.

To make orders, you must first create an account. Once you have created an account, you'll have access to all the GlyMed products.

Click "Register" to create an account, once created you'll have continued access to professional skincare. 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY CUSTOMIZED RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS?

We offer free virtual/phone consultations to help you choose the right products for your skin and can also add recommended products to your account, which you'll then be able to view and checkout.

1. Login to your account
2. Select "My Account" and then "Products Recommended"
3. Choose "Pay" to complete your order or "View" to learn more about the recommendations.

SHIPPING:
Orders less than $350* > $15 Flat Rate Canada Wide
Orders over $350* > Free Shipping

Orders will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post dependent upon location.
Orders generally ship from GlyMed Plus Canada within 2-4 business days. 

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is dependent upon courier and may average 2-7 business days depending on province.

*Shipping rate is applied based on subtotal, prior to taxes. Shipping rates and timelines subject to change.

GLYMED RETURN POLICY:
PROS ORDER RETURNS- 7 DAY RULE
If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email our customer service team within seven (7) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to set up and complete your return.

You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the seven (7) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.

Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this seven (7) day period, but
all opened products must be returned at the customer’s expense prior to the refund being processed. After seven (7) days all product sales are considered final. The GlyMed Plus Canada reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.

After the full or partial refund of a retail order, any revenue share payment made or due to the applicable PROS store related to the refunded product(s) will be credited against the professional’s account.
